HDB Moves

HDB moves need planning around lift access, corridor space and permitted moving hours. We handle:

• Coordination so the move stays inside your block's permitted hours

Condo Moves

Condos add a layer that HDB doesn't: MCST rules, service lift booking, and loading bay timing. Before moving day we confirm:

• Service lift slot and loading bay access
• Any move-in/move-out permit or deposit your MCST requires
• Floor and lift protection requirements
• Weekday vs weekend and after-hours rules, since many condos restrict moving past 6-9pm

Landed Property Moves

Landed homes are generally more flexible on timing and access than condos, but often involve more volume and multiple levels. We plan crew size around floor count and stair carry if there's no lift.

Moving Out Before Your New Home Is Ready?

If renovation, key collection or handover dates do not line up, we can collect your furniture, store it and redeliver when your new home is ready. Share your move-out date and estimated storage period, even if your delivery address is still undecided.

1. Move planning. Share unit type, item list and preferred schedule.
2. Packing and preparation. Items packed and wrapped before moving day.
3. Moving day execution. Loading, transport and unloading, kept inside your building's rules and hours.
4. Setup at your new home. Furniture reassembled and placed where you want it.

What if my condo restricts moving hours? Tell us your MCST's rules in advance and we'll plan around them, or look at midnight movers if you need an after-hours slot.
