Furniture Storage During Renovation

Clear space for renovation by moving beds, sofas, dining sets, cabinets and cartons into temporary storage. Share your renovation schedule and separate the items you will need at your temporary accommodation before packing starts. We can plan collection from HDB flats, condos and landed homes, then redelivery when the rooms are ready.

Temporary Storage Between Homes

If you must hand over your old home before collecting the keys to your new one, arrange a move into storage first. Send your move-out date, item list and estimated storage period. If the delivery address or date is still undecided, tell us what is known so we can plan the first stage.

Storage for Office Relocations

Store desks, chairs, workstations, cabinets and packed office items while your new premises are being fitted out. For a staged move, identify which departments move first and which items need to remain accessible.

Label cartons by department and destination. List computers and other sensitive equipment separately so packing and handling can be discussed. How Moving with Storage Works

1. Send photos and dates. Share the items, pickup address, floor level, lift access, move-out date and estimated storage duration.
2. Agree the scope and quote. Confirm packing, dismantling, collection, storage, redelivery and any access requirements before booking.
3. Prepare and collect. Separate essentials and label items by room or department. Arrange packing and furniture protection where needed.
4. Store between moves. Let us know early if the expected duration changes or you need to retrieve specific items.
5. Arrange redelivery. Confirm the destination, access rules and delivery slot when your home or office is ready.

Storage Prices

Storage only: S$60 per pallet per month. No GST charged.

Each pallet provides 1 m² of floor space. We assess how your items can be safely stacked and confirm the number of pallets needed from your item list or photos.

Minimum booking: one pallet for one month (S$60).

Storage Duration and Billing

Storage is billed by calendar month from your start date. For example, a month starting on 15 October runs through 14 November.

After the first month, half-month extensions are available at S$30 per pallet. A half-month covers 15 days, with a grace period of up to six additional days before the full monthly rate applies. From day 22 of that additional period, the charge becomes a full additional month.

Storage Access

• Food, perishables, waste, damp items, leaking liquids or pest-affected items
• Hazardous, flammable, explosive, toxic or illegal materials
• Cash, jewellery, passports, original legal documents or irreplaceable valuables
• Live plants or animals, or items needing temperature-controlled handling unless separately confirmed
